Arri Daylight

Unlike an incandescent light source, when a resistive filament is used to create light, an HMI is an arc lamp, which contains a mixture of mercury vapour and metal halides, to render the light to a daylight colour of 5500-6000 kelvin. HMI lamps offer extremely high luminous efficiency and are cooler running than their tungsten equivalent.
